CCBC: Atelier de renforcement des capacités des points focaux Fonds Bleu des pays membres.
Au nom de Son Excellence Denis SASSOU NGUESSO, Président de la Commission Climat du Bassin du Congo, Madame Arlette SOUDAN-NONAULT, Ministre du Tourisme et de l’Environnement, Coordonnatrice Technique de ladite commission, a ouvert le mercredi 06 mars 2019 l’atelier de renforcement des capacités des points focaux Fonds Bleu des pays membres de la Commission Climat du Bassin du Congo.
Fruit du Partenariat d’Entente signé le 03 août 2018 à Brazzaville, entre la Commission Climat du Bassin du Congo et l’Institut de la Francophonie pour le Développement Durable, cet atelier a pour objectif de renforcer les capacités des points focaux pour une appropriation des problématiques portées par la Commission Climat du Bassin du Congo ainsi que son principal instrument financier le Fonds Bleu pour le Bassin du Congo.
Plus spécifiquement, il s’agira d’améliorer les connaissances des points focaux dans les problématiques portant sur :- le développement durable,
- les changements climatiques ;
- l’économie Bleue ;
- l’Économie Verte ;
- la formulation et l’analyse de la durabilité des projets et programme;
- la finance climatique ;
- la mobilisation des Fonds ;
- les éléments sur l’ingénierie d’organisation des événements internationaux.
